The Gathering is kindly being
hosted this year by the NAMM-sponsored Museum of Making Music.
We will be here for our Friday Night Oktoberfest (beer & wine included!), all of Saturday's daytime events, and back again on Sunday afternoon for the Recital. Even better, a week before the Gathering, the Museum will open a brand-new seven-month-long exhibition: "Floating Strings: The Remarkable Story of the Harp Guitar in America."
Gathering attendees will have access to the entire museum including the special exhibit for the whole weekend! |

For the Saturday evening
concert, we will adjourn to the Carlsbad Community Church,
three miles up the freeway. |

| Our hotel - the Grand Pacific Palisades Resort
& Hotel - is a lovely resort
facility just a few hundred feet down the road from the Museum and
next door to the Karl Strauss Brewery Restaurant. We will hold workshops there throughout Sunday morning, and have a fun semi-private common area by our rooms for after hours visiting and jamming. |

Our final Sunday banquet takes place Sunday evening at the nearby Crossings Golf Course in a banquet room with view. |
