Knutsen Harp Mandolin    

This is Roy Harvey, of the "Versatile Harmony Four", the house band at the Nat Goodwin Cafe in Santa Monica, Ca. during the 1914 season.
He plays a "Lower Treble Point" - which looks like it may have a second soundhole in the bass arm (but I doubt it - probably just his pick holder).
