Further Further…

A few folks were trying to play “Guess the Instrument” (and thus, player) on the FBSS cover last week.

So here are some additional clues from the inside panel:

  1. nate Says:

James Kline (Pearlman); Dave Powell (Tone); Hirokatsu Takai (Takai); Stacey Hobbs (Noble)

  2. Gregg Says:

Not bad. 1 wrong, but no way you could know. The Noble is a fill-in for similar one that didn’t get photographed…
But did you get the first 4 right?
    PS: Perlman, Stacy (sp)

  3. nate Says:

hmmm… Muriel (doolin); Brad (Sedgwick); Gregg (Knutsen).
Last one is tough. has an arm bevel and leaning toward Wingert which could mean Pete; Bennett; or Frank.

  4. Hiro-Moheji Says:

    Great! Wonderful!!!!
    Is this a dream?
    Thank you very much Mr.Gregg!
Thank you! The Harp Guitar Gathering!!!!!!!

  5. Gregg Says:

3 right again, Nate. Bevel aside, the bridge of the 4th should tell you its a Wingert. Again, photo availability meant choosing the closest specimen, not the exact one played (another clue: and the player no longer owns the recorded instrument anyway…). Final clue is the title itself – now consider the 3 players you named (all of whom are on the following release by the way).
